Prince Rama, also known as Ramachandra, is the main protagonist of the Ramayana. He was born to King Dasharatha and Queen Kaushalya in the kingdom of Ayodhya. Rama was the eldest of four brothers, with Lakshmana, Bharata, and Shatrughna being his younger siblings.
